Orders, Payment & Custom Orders
Prices are displayed in U.S. dollars. Applicable shipping charges and taxes appear at checkout before payment. If we cannot fulfill your order, we will contact you and refund any payment for unavailable items.
For custom orders, check your submitted text, spelling, artwork, size, and selected options carefully. Changes may not be possible once production begins. Only submit artwork that you own or have permission to use.
Available shipping methods and charges appear at checkout. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed arrival dates. Custom production time, where applicable, is additional to carrier transit time.

Returns & Support
Our Return & Refund Policy explains eligibility, return shipping costs, and refund timing. Eligible change-of-mind returns incur a single 5% deduction from the amount paid for returned merchandise, excluding taxes and shipping. Refunds are issued only after we receive and inspect the returned item. The fee does not apply to damaged, defective, or incorrectly supplied items, or where prohibited by law.
